New AutoMaster version

New reporting concept

Automasters new reporting system has been designed around Microsoft’s SQLServer 2005 reporting services software. This allows Automaster to provide its customers with the most competitive reporting concept on the market today as well as to deal with data base overload during report execution. New features include full, searchable documentation and the infrastructure supports the printing of reports in many file formats including xls and pdf. The new system will be available in phases starting with Automaster version 7.0. This software will come as standard on releases 8.0 onwards.

Tyre hotel

The tyre hotel is the perfect solution for storing the customer’s tyres for different seasons. This new AutoMaster module gives you the tools for easy management of tyre storage and service agreement.  It is possible to save all available tyre information including make, model and tread depth.

Customer loyalty program

The new features are designed to facilitate and enhance communication with the customer.

Courtesy car management

To improve its customer service levels and to attract new customers a workshop can offer its customers a courtesy car for the duration of the service. AutoMaster Courtesy car handling is an efficient tool for managing courtesy cars.

  • Integrated seamlessly into the existing workshop process (in the Workshop management & Work order applications), providing easy management of courtesy cars.
  • Ability to make reservations lasting several days.
  • Ability  to make reservations for cars other than courtesy cars (for example test drive cars – the data structures have been synchronized so that the vehicles are available in both modules).
